What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase, but in case it didn’t work out, you may return any product purchased on nodnalco.com within 30 days in the US.

Please note that all returned items will undergo a thorough condition assessment. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be applied for any items that show signs of use, washing, or damage. For health and hygiene reasons, heavily used or soiled items may not qualify for a refund. Thank you for understanding as we maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness for all our customers.

We do not accept returns for items not purchased on nodnalco.com. If you purchased a NODNAL CO. product from anywhere other than nodnalco.com, please reference the return policy from the company you purchased it from.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. To initiate your return, please contact Customer Care directly.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.

If you return your items after 30 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

What happens to my returned items?

Washed or used bedding is donated to our partners at Generation After Generation Ministry located in Kijabe, Kenya. You can find out more about our Give Back Program.

What if my item arrived damaged?

If your item was damaged upon receipt or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to Customer Care directly.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

We’d love to hear more and see how we can help. Please reach out to Customer Care. If your item was purchased from nodnalco.com, you can return the gift you received and will be issued a gift card in the total amount of the gift item(s). Please have your gift receipt or packing slip ready. If purchased outside of nodnalco.com, please reference the return policy from the company it was purchased from.

Can I exchange for a different stye/size?

To serve you most efficiently, we currently do not offer exchanges. However, your order can be returned for a full refund within 30 days and a new order can be placed online for the desired item.

Is expedited shipping refundable?

Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
