Shipping FAQ
When will I get my order?
You can track your shipments progress using your order number and email. Sometimes we need to ship your items out separately, so you will receive more than one tracking number.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states (including Alaska & Hawaii), Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, military bases/APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
We provide free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $20. This includes all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as military bases/APO/DPO/FPO. Overnight and express domestic shipping is calculated by our carrier.
Ground shipping to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands is calculated by USPS. These are not eligible for expedited shipping unless selected at check out with USPS. You will receive your order within 2-7 business days after it has been shipped via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia and the United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for import taxes, carrier fees and customs declarations. Most orders are received within 14-30 days from the time it was dropped off at the US post office. International orders can not be expedited.
Can you ship to military bases/APO/DPO/FPO?
Yes, however the order will ship USPS and can not be expedited.
What if my tracking says my order has been delivered and I have not received my package?
Oh no! Please contact Customer Care within 30 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please contact Customer Care within 30 minutes of placing your order during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM CST. In efforts to have orders fulfilled as soon as possible, all orders are processed through the warehouse after they are placed.
